Taryn Nilsen

Originally from Boston, Taryn has been a Jacksonville resident since 2008. She balances family life with her husband and three children alongside professional pursuits including drawing, painting, boating on the St. Johns River, and cooking.

Since 2017, she has systematically developed her real-estate practice, leveraging her business degree to understand market dynamics and negotiate effectively. Her experience flipping multiple properties demonstrates strong insight into property potential and investment prospects.

At Alliance, Taryn runs day-to-day listing distribution on RealMLS and Stellar MLS and coordinates photography, 3D tour, and drone vendors on listings where the marketing lift justifies it. She works buyer representation in parallel with her listing book.
