What we collect
- Contact details you submit on forms: name, email, phone, state.
- Mortgage application data is collected by our loan-origination system (Alliance Mortgage Application) under their separate privacy policy. Alliance receives the file to underwrite and close — never sold, never shared beyond investors and service providers required to complete your transaction.
- Website analytics — standard server logs, aggregated page-view counts. No individual tracking; no advertising pixels.
What we never do
- Sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
- Share your application data outside the scope of your transaction.
- Use your information for purposes you haven't authorized.
- Retain financial documents in unencrypted form.
How we secure data
- TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest in Azure Storage & PostgreSQL.
- Secrets (API keys, credentials) stored in Azure Key Vault with 90-day rotation and HSM backing.
- Role-based access control; audit logs retained for 90 days.
Your rights
Under CCPA (California), GDPR (EU), and similar frameworks, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to retention requirements for closed-loan files: 7 years per federal regulation).
- Port your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of any marketing communications.
Submit a data request
Email office@alliancerealtyandfinancial.com with subject line "Data Request" and specify access, correction, deletion, or portability. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies for session authentication. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No banner required under GDPR because we don't use tracking cookies.
Do Not Track
We honor Do Not Track signals from your browser.
Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We post material changes here at least 30 days before they take effect. Material changes that affect existing loan files are also sent by email.
