What you'll do
- · Represent buyers or sellers (or both) across our active state markets.
- · Use the Alliance IDX search to surface listings across 5 MLS feeds from one console.
- · Hand off to the Alliance mortgage desk for pre-approval — no more coordinating with external lenders who don't return calls.
- · Close the insurance at closing so your buyer isn't scrambling for coverage.
Requirements
- · Active real-estate license in at least one of FL, GA, MD, PA, or TX.
- · E&O insurance (we can coordinate).
- · Full-time commitment preferred; part-time considered in low-volume markets.
- · Commitment to the Alliance 7-step process and client-first ethics.
