What you'll do
- · Take applications across QM (conv/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo), Non-QM (DSCR, bank-statement, asset-depletion, ITIN, foreign national), and commercial/bridge.
- · Price scenarios against our wholesale lender panel; deliver Loan Estimates same-day.
- · Quarterback documentation through clear-to-close with our underwriting coordinator.
- · Build your pipeline with warm leads from Alliance's real-estate transactions.
Requirements
- · Active NMLS license in at least one of FL, GA, MD, PA, or TX.
- · 2+ years of originating production, or a proven sales background willing to pursue licensure.
- · Comfort in modern software: Alliance Mortgage Application, Microsoft 365, electronic-signature workflows.
- · Clean credit and background for broker-sponsorship filings.
Compensation
Basis points of funded volume with tiered splits (70 → 85%+) based on monthly production. W-2 or 1099 options. No desk fees, no technology fees.
