Dual-Licensed Agent (RE + Mortgage)
The highest-earning configuration at Alliance. Represent the buyer AND originate the loan. Full-service transaction ownership, compensation on both sides.
Why dual-license
- · One agent, one close — clients prefer it; referrals compound.
- · Earn real-estate commission + mortgage origination comp on the same deal.
- · Better for the buyer: same person structures the offer AND the financing.
- · More durable: when rates spike, originations dip but listings persist. Diversify the book.
How Alliance supports the path
- · Licensure coaching — we'll map the path from single-licensed to dual.
- · SAFE Act PE/CE reimbursement for approved candidates.
- · Sponsorship filings with NMLS and state real-estate commissions.
- · Mentorship with Dr. Tannous (dual-licensed in all 5 QM states).
Requirements
- · Active RE or MLO license in at least one Alliance state, with intent to pursue the other.
- · 3+ years in real estate OR mortgage (or both).
- · State allows dual representation with written consent (all 5 Alliance states do).
