The acronym

SYSTEMSs™ is the Alliance methodology. The capital letters spell the client cost of a fragmented home-buying process — Save Your Self Time, Energy, Money and Stress. The lowercase s is the verb: by streamlining.

We pronounce it "systems-ess," accent on the first syllable. The symbol is registered to Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc.

Why the methodology exists

Most homebuyers manage three vendors who don't talk to each other: a mortgage broker, a real-estate agent, and an insurance broker. Each one has incentives that diverge from the others. Documents are re-collected across silos. Timelines slip at handoffs. Surprises at closing cost thousands.
